Location: Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam

Job Description:

SafeTech Training Centre is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainer Assistant to support our training courses in the wind energy sector. The ideal candidate will assist instructors in delivering high-quality training sessions, particularly in wind energy technology and related fields.

General Duties and Responsibilities: Support and assist an Instructor/Trainer, ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to the company’s safety and quality standards. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of safe systems and methods of work. Prepare for courses in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Conduct post-course activities as per the company’s procedures and guidelines. Assist in maintaining accurate records of all training sessions conducted. Provide support for maintenance tasks as needed.

Participate in audits of the company’s procedures as required. Ensure compliance with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements during training and activities. Participate in course development initiatives as directed by the Line Leader. Enhance personal knowledge and competence, contributing to the professional development and training plan for trainers. Provide briefings and reports to the Line Leader as needed. Complete other tasks assigned by the Line Leader.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited technical institution (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the wind energy industry or HSE.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine systems and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
