BASIC TECHNICAL TRAINING

WHO IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

Basic Technical Training (BTT) is aimed at people who wish to enter both the onshore and offshore renewable energy sectors. The Basic Technical Training course is targeted at candidates who have no previous experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic systems but may also be used to upskill candidates who have some knowledge but not of its application in the wind turbine industry.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

This BTT training shall enable participants to perform basic hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and installation tasks under the supervision of an experienced technician.

This course will not make the participant a trained person who is allowed to perform hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and installation work without supervision.
