Job description:
– Conduct preparation for courses as per Training Centre Policies and Procedures.
– Conduct theory & practical training when required.
– Conduct post course activities as specified by Training Centre Policies and Procedures.
– Assist in completing and maintaining records on all training courses conducted.
– Conduct maintenance training facility and equipment when required.
– Participate in audits when required.
– Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.
– Ensure that the training areas are always clean and good housekeeping; have clear guidelines, for training and development programs, procedures, systems and tools.
– Assist in marketing activities for the promotion of Training Centre
– Participate in course development as directed by the Training Centre Manager.
– Provide briefings and reports to the Trainer or Training Centre Manager as required.
– Complete other tasks given by Training Manager.
Job requirement:
– Graduated from University or College related to Safety / Technical Department
– Age from 25 up, good at swimming, good health.
– Computer Science skills (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
– 01-year experience as minimum in related job such as HSE, rope access, crane operator.
– Good at English (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
– Working place: Vũng Tàu.
– Working time: 8 hours/ day from Monday to Friday.
– Salary: Negotiate
