More and more strong women have come to SafeTech to participate in the GWO Basisc Safety Training course (Fire Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling, Working At Heights, Sea Survival), affirming their role and position in society.
Nowadays, there are not only male employees working in the Wind energy industry but also female employees. They play different important roles in their careers with different positions from interpreters to Operations Managers. No matter what position they are, they have one common thing that they are very strong and resilient, able to do things that we imagine only men can do. This is a clear and certain affirmation of the role of women now and in the future.
